We are excited today to unveil a brand new, totally redesigned, homepage at TripleClicks!

The new design is also now fully mobile-friendly!  Whether you visit TripleClicks on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, it’ll look great…and work great!

One of the first things you’ll notice is that we’ve made the menu much cleaner and simpler.  There are now just four main sections:

• BID
• PLAY

Note: The former ECA , DEALS, and DIGITALS sections have been incorporated into the home page, BUY, and search engine.  And we’ve eliminated the MUSIC section, Song Of The Month tournament, etc.  Why?  The way music is purchased and enjoyed has changed dramatically over the last five years, and we are, unfortunately, just not positioned to compete in this space any more. Our affiliates are also better served with us putting more focus on developing a robust site experience.

By focusing on four core sections, we are going to be able to do SO much more to grow TripleClicks.  Indeed, this overhaul now sets the stage for MAJOR improvements, including:

• A much bigger and better ECA program, with thousands of new sellers, and hundreds of thousands of new products–with better quality and better pricing, too.  We have big, big plans!
• A more robust auction section–with new types of auctions in the works.
• More and better online games to attract to TripleClicks a MUCH larger share of the more than 100 million people who play games online daily.

A cleaner, simpler site also make it easier for customers to find what they’re looking for.  In other words, look for a growth trend in sales soon, too!

Note: There are still some pages that are in the process of being overhauled.  For example, a slick new mobile-friendly shopping cart and checkout page will debut soon.  And a new Member Center, ECA Center, and more will follow over the next few weeks.

New checkbox feature at Genealogy

Your Genealogy now features a checkbox behind the name of each person.

You can use checkboxes to help manage your team and do communications.  For example, let’s say you wanted to send a special group mailing to 37 people matching a certain criteria.  Now you can simply check the box for each of those persons.

As soon as you start checking boxes, you’ll see this new element appear under filters:

Once you’re done checking boxes, click the “Search for these affiliates” button to pull up JUST those affiliates you’ve checked.  You can now do your group mailing.

Once you no longer need these persons “flagged” (box checked), simply click the “Clear Checkboxes” button.

TIP: While checkboxes can occasionally come in handy, please don’t overlook your Genealogy’s powerful filters.  Checking boxes can be tedious and very time consuming, especially if you have a large group.  But by smartly using filters instead, you can pull up very specific subsets of your Genealogy easily and within seconds.  In short, if you value your time, make sure you understand how the Genealogy filters work and use them to efficiently manage and build your team!

Special Note: The Reassignment tab in your Genealogy also uses a checkbox.  Note that the reassign checkbox is located in FRONT of the person’s name.  The general checkbox–that this announcement is about–is located BEHIND the person’s name.

New TCredit Packs gift option

Now, in addition to being able to issue gift certificates to your affiliates, you can also gift TCredits packs!

The primary reason we’ve put this new option in place is in response to sponsors telling us that sometimes the gift certificates they’ve given to people are not redeemed on what they were agreed to be redeemed on.

Now, you can give the specific gift of TCredits to be used as incentives, prizes, and rewards.  And one of the benefits of issuing TCredits is that it can help the recipient become more engaged with TripleClicks via auctions, games, member listings, etc.  By helping them become comfortable with using TCredits, your recipients may then see the reasons for buying future TCredits for bidding at Pricebenders or playing Eager Zebra games, for example.

Available TCredit pack sizes are:

• 1 TCredit
• 10 TCredits
• 20 TCredits
• 50 TCredits
• 200 TCredits

With this many quantity options, you can do anything from a small gift to a large, EA-qualifying or Fast-Track-qualifying gift.

Note that TCredit packs may be gifted ONLY to PSAs at this time.

To gift TCredit packs:

1. Go to your Genealogy.
2. Click the “Gift Certificate” tab.
3. Beside the name of the person you wish to issue the gift to–under the “Give GC” column–click the “Buy Now” link.
4. On the right side, choose from the pull-down menu the quantity of the TCredit pack you wish to issue.
5. Click the green “Issue TCredit Pack” button.
6. Done.  Your recipient will immediately receive the TCredits into their account for immediate use.

CSA Rewards now fully live!

All affiliates can now earn 10, 20, 30 or more new, income-boosting CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) every month!

One of the easiest ways to score a plentiful load of new CSAs every month is by setting up a qualifying Standing Order.  You’ll now receive…

• 10 CSAs each month (120/year) with a min. 1500 VP Standing Order OR
• 12 CSAs each month (144/year) with a min. 2000 VP Standing Order OR
• 20 CSAs each month (240/year) with a min. 3000 VP Standing Order

Each time you qualify for one or more CSAs from the CSA Rewards program, you’ll receive an alert on your Alerts Tab.  You’ll then need to visit the CSA Rewards Ledger to claim your CSA(s).  To claim CSA(s), simply click the “CLAIM” button.  Your request will immediately be queued and your CSA(s) will be added to your Genealogy as soon as new CSAs are available.  This will normally be within 24 hours.  CSAs that go unclaimed after 30 days are forfeited.

Check your Alerts Tab NOW to see if you have any CSAs to claim.  Then be sure to welcome them to your team and start working with them!

There is one exception on CSA claims: For the two CSAs that brand new affiliates receive upon initially achieving the rank of EA, claiming is not required.  Rather, for first-time EAs, the two CSAs will be awarded automatically.
