New easy image uploads at the Forum

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words. We agree! And now at the SFI Forum you have a new tool to make adding images to your posts super quick and easy!

Here’s how it works:

In the standard post creation window (what you see when you click to create a new post), we’ve added a new “upload” tool.

Click the “upload” icon and you can upload any image you have on your computer…and drop that image into your post, wherever it needs to be.

We hope everyone will use this new tool to make the Forum an even greater resource for learning, brainstorming, and celebration of all things SFI!

TIP: Make your images even more helpful by marking them up (as shown in the above image), highlighting specific elements or sections, etc. before uploading.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Uploading any known copyrighted image is strictly prohibited.
Individual images are limited to 4 MB in size and must be at least 50×50 pixels dimensionally.

Woo-hoo! Affiliates, ECAs have created 1,000+ Product Collections at TripleClicks!

The new TripleClicks Product Collections tool is less than two weeks old, and already SFI Affiliates and TC ECAs have created more than 1,000 unique, themed product collections with which to promote TripleClicks–with new product collections being added every day!

In case you missed it, the new Product Collections tool lets you group collections of individual products that you want to promote for whatever audience (or even person) you want to target! You can create as many collections as you like, and promote them through a special affiliate link or even create a custom banner for online promotions. The possibilities are endless.

Creating your own collections is easy and quick. Just follow the directions (or learn more about Product Collections) HERE.

The most important thing is to have goals and always strive to achieve them. 11 Eager Zebra League E-Cards debut!

We’re pleased to make available today 11 new cards designed to help you invite your Affiliates, friends, co-workers, and others to join your Eager Zebra leagues!

Sending e-cards is easy. Just follow these quick instructions:

1. As the commissioner of a league, grab your league invitation URL (for pasting later) from your Eager Zebra league page.

2. To send E-Cards to your friends, family, and co-workers, select an Eager Zebra league E-Card HERE, and click the Send this E-Card link. To send EZ league E-Cards to your affiliates, just click the little paper airplane icon to the far right of each Affiliate’s name in your Genealogy, select the Join My League category from the drop down menu, and click Go. TIP: Use your Genealogy filters to select specific groups of people who you want to send a specific card and message to.

3. After choosing your E-Card, you’ll then be directed to the E-Card preview screen, where you can enter your recipient’s e-mail if necessary, your greeting, and a personal message. Be SURE you include the invitation link in the message, so your recipient can click and join your league. After proofing your E-Card, click the Send Message button when you’re ready to send.

Remember: E-Cards provide an unlimited number of ways to welcome, inform, congratulate, and recognize your team. E-Cards are free to use, but there is a sending limit of 200 per day to affiliates and 10 per day to non-affiliates; additionally, you may not send any one person more than one card a day. New Years message from Gery

To: All SFI affiliates
From: Gery Carson, SFI President & Founder

Are you ready…to build something GREAT in 2016?We are!

It should be obvious, but we have an incredible team here at SFI Corporate…and in 2015 our guys and gals delivered more goodies in a single year than I can ever recall. And after more than three decades in business, that’s saying something!

Seriously, if you’ll page through all of the (many!) announcements for 2015 here at news.sfimg.com…and really take the time to digest each addition…you’ll conclude, like I have, that 2015 was truly a banner year!

And look an what we’ve added already for 2016!…

Is there any other company out there delivering more–and more often–for their partners (that means YOU, our affiliates) than SFI? Yes, I’ll put SFI up against any other company in our industry!

I hope you don’t mind me tooting SFI’s horn a bit, but I’m truly, truly proud of our team here and the work they do to make SFI such a great company. If you get a chance, such as with a Support Ticket, please say “THANKS!” and let them know that you appreciate their efforts, too!

So what’s in the 2016 pipeline? Well, here’s just a small taste:

A major overhaul of TripleClicks, including making the entire site fully mobile-responsive/mobile-friendly
A big, new focus on ECAs, ECA tools, and bringing in more ECAs with thousands of quality, salable products
More exciting new Eager Zebra games
Innovative new marketing aids
Bigger, better Pricebenders features
More fun and powerful team building tools at the Affiliate Center

Of course there is MUCH, MUCH more in store, but I can’t give away ALL the goodies. Some things, especially the really major developments, we have to keep under wraps until they are fully baked and ready for primetime. But one thing I can assure you of; there’s a LOT of innovation in the pipeline, a lot of stuff that makes it hard for me to sleep--that you’re going to LOVE!

By the way, how do you like our new 2016 theme? If you didn’t guess, it’s BUILD SOMETHING GREAT. Yes, building a great business, building a great income, building a great life…these are all fantastic goals, and I hope that each and every one of you will make those words–BUILD SOMETHING GREAT–really mean something and make it one of your top resolutions for 2016 and beyond.

There’s an old Chinese proverb that I love:

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is today.”

If you’ve been building something great for weeks, months, or years already…well done…you rock! But if not, that’s okay, because, like the Chinese proverb, the second best time to start building something great is TODAY.

Yes, today, January 1st, 2016, the first day of a fresh new year is an absolutely GREAT time to start building something great! Will you grab this opportunity TODAY? I hope you will! And you can count on me and my awesome team here to support you every step of the way.
